The French Tech Polynesia association elected its new board last June.
This 1901 law association is committed to promoting the economic development of the territory through innovation, especially digital innovation, in partnership with all the players in the fenua innovation ecosystem.
On May 25, the Regular General Assembly elected the 15 new members of the Board of Directors which met the second week of June to renew the office thus constituted:
President: Heiura Itae-Tetaa, Speak Tahiti - Paraparau Tahiti
1st Vice-president: Tuanua Degage, president of the Maritime Cluster of French Polynesia
2nd Vice-president: Christian Vanizette, Makesense
3rd Vice-president: Hinatea Colombani, 'Arioi
Secretary: Manuarii Poulain, 17 SUD
Treasurer: Philippe Lemonnier, Pacific Ventury
This office is made up of volunteers with diverse experiences and skills, from many fields including innovation, entrepreneurship, culture ... Our vision is to develop an economy, a community and a territory of innovation while respecting our environments. . Driven by the values of sharing, transparency and open-mindedness, our ambition is to continue the development of La French Tech Polynesia and in particular of its “admiral va'a”: the Tech4Islands Awards and the Tech4Islands Summit.
Since 2019, La French Tech Polynesia has boosted the Tech4Islands dynamic on an Oceanian, national and global scale, an innovation competition by and for the islands in order to bring out innovative solutions. For the 3rd edition of this competition, applications were open until July 7, 2021. Visit our site for the announcement of the finalists on September 03.
The actions of the 2021-2023 mandate will be oriented towards the development of our Polynesian territory. Our desire is to locally animate this ecosystem which will continue to grow in view of the ambitions that our entrepreneurs and all the living forces of this Country have been pursuing for several years.
